I am a 38 years old composer, arranger and piano player. I studied at the Jerusalem music academy in majoring composition and i am a graduate of the "Rimon" school of jazz and contemporary music. 2002 I released my debut album "Internal Voice" featuring my band " Tal Babitzky Fusion Band". The band is currently touring in Israel and playing major jazz clubs. 2003 I released my second album "On the Move" featuring myself on the piano. Also in that year I composed a song "I hope you can still dance" to Irish singer Cathy Jordan for the collection CD "Simpatico". 2005 my arrangement for orchestra won the second place in the international ladino competition. 2006 I composed his first film score to "Weather Changes"- a student film. 2008 I collaborated with the cameraman Gil Arbel for the clips to "National Geographic" channel. I am currently composing and arranging songs to various Israeli artists in the Pop, R&B and Jazz field and playing keyboards with Israeli singer Amir Benayoun. This year I will release my third album-13 tunes recorded with the best Israeli musicians. Influences: Paul McCartney and the Beatles, Ennio Morricone, Randy Newman, Stevie Wonder, Coldplay, Weather Report, Yellow Jackets, Tribal Tech, Chick Corea, Winton Kelly, Marcus Miller, Bach, Puccini, Tchaikovsky, Mozart, Chopin and many others.
