Sleeper Cell is featured on Outbound Radio |

At the beginning of 2007 they entered their first competition and made it through to the semi-finals of the 'South Coast Idol' competition held in Croydon, London.
In July 2007 they entered into a national Battle of the Bands competition held by Environmentalist group C-Change, needing to finish in the top 5 to get through to the finals, they finished first, this meant that the top 5 bands would perform a live open air 5 song set to the public and music industry judges on London's Clapham Common.
With SleeperCell winning on the day for their originality and energy in their live performance they won a days recording in the famous 'Premises' recording studios in London.
Towards the end of 2008 the band entered the televised competition Orange Unsigned Act on channel 4 along with over 7000 acts and made it through to the last 6 in the competition and playing with Scouting For Girls in Birmingham, Alphabeat in Cardiff, Corteeners in Manchester and The View in London winning thousands of new fans from around the country, and comments such as 'Love the harmonies' and 'the best act we've seen so far' from Jo Wiley, Radio 1.
