 Kings Highway is a roadhouse blues, groove-based extravaganza. Sparked in 2008 by guitarist Mike Schultz, drummer Tommy “Tomahawk” Purcell and powerhouse vocalist Cedric D. Square, the band released their self-titled debut album in 2009. Revved up in 2010 with the addition of noted guitarist and producer Mike Stone (ex-Queensryche), the band entered the studio to record their new Rat Pak Records release, “The Line”. A blending of raucous blues and '70's soul, “The Line” delivers tasty guitars, fat grooves and super soul-fuelled vocals. Guy Bazilewich rounds out the line up, having joined the band in 2011 on bass. A Midwestern band, born and bred in the heartland of America, King’s highway is the real deal.
