 I started out writing songs at 7 years of age and had not a single clue who would sing them, or how they would sound. At first I thought I couldn't sing them but after highschool, I changed my mind about that because I had great ideas about how I could sing my songs. I've done back up vocals for various artists in my country and recorded some songs too. I sing in the church choir, and have recorded 4 albums with them and took lead vocals for some of the songs. I get some airplay in my home country. My songs are edgy, some are classic ballads that will never fade away (if recorded the way I feel them!) and others are sombre. I play the piano too, and did produce some songs with my friends before. We were called Shekinah, but the group (and band) didn't last long. |
