RECORDINGS AND SESSION WORK
Previous clients have included: Soul Shack recordings (NSW), Soundbox Studios (NSW), Trevor Glass productions (New Zealand), Adrian Holmes studios (SA), SA Jazz Archive Inc (SA) and many other independent, unsigned original artists and bands.
"Outlines" is Bill's debut album and was recorded entirely by Bill in his home studio. A true solo record, Bill played and wrote every riff, hook and part on the album. It was then mixed and mastered by virtuoso guitarist and world class producer TJ Helmerich in California USA using state of the art equipment at Musicians Institute's R.I.T (Recording Institute of Technology). TJ is a world class engineer and musician who has been involved professionally with artists such as: Steve Vai, Scott Henderson, Gary Willis, Dennis Chambers, Dweezil Zappa, Frank Gambale - the list goes on! Here is what TJ had to say about Bill's album: "I love the songs Bill, great playing and writing/arranging. I think you'll really enjoy the mixing and production I've been doing to them, I treat them like their my own since I like them so much!"
Melbourne musician and songwriter Dave Graney commented on Bill's guitar playing on the self titled Salty CD saying - "...I do like the clarity and the sparseness of a lot of the songs though... the different sounds and the fact that the guitar player, although he can play great, knows when to step out for the sake of the song sometimes altogether..."
