Ask You In Gray has one message: Enjoy being you ‘cause you’re awesome. Ask You In Gray Is a high-energy Electro-Pop band based in Portland, Oregon. If Cyndi Lauper’s music married Robert Smith’s lyrics and conceived a child inside of a surrogate robot-dinosaur-mother, Ask You In Gray would be born. It’s like if The Postal Service teamed up with The Killers and performed for a birthday party. We dance and play. We sing and jump. We are committed to fun and excitement. If you are not moving at an Ask You In Gray show, you must have passed out. Our songs are catchy, our beats are quirky, and our lyrics are sincere. Ask You In Gray loves you. Ask You In Gray’s full-length album, From Satellites, was released on April 1st, 2010. It features eleven tracks straight from the hearts of band members Nick Wichman and Trey Tatum. All of the songs were recorded and produced in the living room of an apartment in Chicago, Illinois. Ask You In Gray was built from the ground up over the course of two years and has since been performing, recording and, breaking ground in the indie electro-pop scene. They have been featured in news articles, blogs, and internet radio stations in multiple states. Ask You In Gray is more than music.
