Seven Sharp Nine has become known as one of the top live rock bands in the southeast and midwest. With influences like Tonic, Toad The Wet Sprocket and the Goo Goo Dolls the music of 7 Sharp 9 is an intelligent blend of 'thick vocals, driving bass, drums as good as Peart, and scorching guitars' (Southeast Performer Magazine Review). This Atlanta-based band has been busy since Georgia fans voted them the 'Best New Local Band' in Creative Loafing's 'Best Of Atlanta 2002' issue:

- Television Networks VH1, MTV, E! Network, Bravo and HGTV have licensed 7 Sharp 9 songs for their TV shows.

- MTV's Real World and Road Rules shows licensed 7s9's entire 'Frame By Frame' CD. All 13 tracks were accepted by the producers of the shows.

- 7s9's 'My Way' is nominated for 'Best Hard Rock Song' in the Just Plain Folks 2006 Music Awards. Over 350,000 songs were submitted in this year's contest.

- 7 Sharp 9 has been ranked #1 on Alternative Addiction.com's Top 10 Unsigned Bands. They are also featured on AlternativeAddiction's latest compilation CD 'The Addiction V.7.'

- 7s9 has opened for national acts Collective Soul, Sister Hazel, Edwin McCain, Tyler Hilton, Aslyn, and is scheduled to open for REO Speedwagon this September.

- The band was featured at the 2004 Atlantis Music Conference in Atlanta, and was invited back for the 2005 conference.

- 7s9 has played at the Atlanta Peachdrop the last 3 years in a row. - They released their debut CD 'Gathering' which has received excellent reviews. 3 songs made it onto radio stations across the country.

- 7 Sharp 9 released their 2nd album 'Frame By Frame' in 2005. 2 songs 'Movies' and 'My Way' are already on radio stations nationwide (see web site).

- Song 'Alone' from 'Frame By Frame' made it onto a Top Hits USA compilation CD, which is sent to radio, retail and DJ's to keep them informed of the latest music available.

- First release 'Wherever You Are' made it into regular rotations of over 40 stations; it also made it on to TM Century's Rock Disc Compilation as the number one track (this disc is sent to radio, retail and dj's, similar to the Top Hits USA compilation). - Their second single 'Words,' received an even bigger response, making it on to 80+ radio stations.

- MTV's The Real World and Road Rules shows have licensed four songs from 'Gathering.'

- MTV's 'Room Raiders' show has used 7 Sharp 9 material. - The FOX Sports Network used 7s9 song 'Prove You Wrong' in regional and national sports shows.

- 7s9 placed in 2 categories at the Just Plain Folks Music Organization 2004 Music Awards, held in Santa Ana CA. Winners were chosen from over 10,000 albums and 140,000 songs. 7s9's album 'Gathering' placed 4th for 'Best Hard Rock Album,' and song "Prove You Wrong" placed 3rd for 'Best Hard Rock Song.'

With the release of their second effort FRAME BY FRAME, the band continues to tour aggressively throughout the Southeast, Midwest and Northeast-playing over 200 hundred dates per year.
